We are looking to grow our Community Support Worker team, with a Cover Community Support Worker. You will work one-to-one with survivors in their own homes and the local community throughout Headway East London’s 13 borough catchment area. Cover work will be available on an occasional basis and as required by the service.
You’ll help survivors to develop support plans to enable them to achieve their goals and live their life in the way they want to.  You will follow existing support plans to provide support to manage activities at home, maximise opportunities and choices, support wellbeing and provide advocacy.

The post is being offered on a casual contract.
