We’re thrilled to announce the screening of a new short film about Headway East London.

Over the last four months, we have been working with acclaimed film director Kit Vincent and our members to create a short documentary and we can’t wait to show it to you!

The Magic of Chaos features the stories of four of our members and the transformative impact Headway has had on their lives. You will get a glimpse into the often-overlooked nature of acquired brain injury; the cataclysmic effect it has on loved ones and relationships; navigating a world not adequately designed for people with disabilities; and the need to create a new sense of self. You will discover how the transformative power of art, music, food and above all community at Headway East London bring light to lives forever changed by brain injury.  

The film is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of our 25th Anniversary Heritage Project.
