Our Kitchen crew worked for over a week to test and prepare the menu, and with home-made guacamole and hot salsa sauce, the much appreciated “Esquites“, and chocolate brownies with candied chilli and tequila-lime cream, they definitely lived up to our guests’ high expectations.
A massive thank you to the Headway band who prepared a bespoke compilation of new songs and got everyone singing and dancing “La Bamba”, as the room filled with joy and laughter.
