Director of Development

Are you enterprising and able to creatively problem solve? Are you driven by a sense of purpose to make life better for people with a brain injury? Do you have a track record in generating income and developing projects?

This an exciting new role to play a key part in the development and sustainability of Headway East London. We are a vibrant and creative organisation valuing the people we support as equal partners and stakeholders in our future. We already have some amazing development opportunities so we’re looking for someone to drive these forward and create new opportunities to grow, raise awareness and generate income to ensure we’re here for future generations of brain injury survivors and their families.

Director of Finance (part-time, 2 days per week)

This newly-created role will play a key part in ensuring Headway East London's financial stability for the future. Heading up a small team you'll work to build a long-term budget around our strategic plans, whilst also streamlining our existing processes to ensure smoother delivery and reporting. As part of our senior management team you will also help to lead and embed a culture of opportunity and growth based on our strong values.
